Dear Friends,

I'm sending this statement out today because after 10 days without food, I'm not sure how much longer I will be coherent enough to communicate with you. I have had many phone calls from people all over the country in support of what I am doing. I have enjoyed talking to each and every one of you. There have been very few who have asked me not to go on this Hunger Fast. That tells me that a lot of people are ready for change. If so, then I am going to ask all of you to help.

Bill and I knew the risk we were taking when we made the decision to go to court. We knew the chance of winning was next to none. But by doing so, we have laid out a course of violations that can now be documented and followed up on. This isn't just about Bill and Rose, it's about every person in this country who have lost everything to this institution called the IRS.

Let me give you some background information on myself so you will know who I am. I was educated in a private Catholic school during the 1050's and early 60's. It was a large school that had to and three classes per grade and only two or three lay teachers, the rest were nun's. I'm sure it wasn't just chance that it was a Catholic educated Nun who taught us American History.

We were taught in depth not only what the Declaration of Independence, Constitution and Bill of Rights was about, but also why and the background studies that went into the drafting of these documents.

Here is what I was taught:  "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights"

This statement from the unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, was related to the Old Testament of the Bible from the Book of Exodus. This is where James Madison found the SELF-EVIDENT truths that we are all endowed with certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS by our CREATOR!

And right now, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, within blocks of the Federal Court that convicted Bill Lear, is an exhibit of the Dead Sea Scrolls that backs up what the Nun's taught me in school. During the month of April, there is going to be another exhibit of the Scrolls, either in Murfreesboro, Tennessee or near there. This exhibit will include the history of the Bible.

After our Declaration of Independence, Britain refused to ship the Bible to this country. The first  Congress enacted the first publication of the Bible in this country and I believe it was the King James Version. The truth is that the earthly Kings have throughout the history of man, have tried to suppress this knowledge from the people which is why we must fight the same battle over and over again. And each time we fight it the same things occur. FEAR!

Think how fearful people become at the mention of the IRS. Can you imagine back in the days of Jesus, how fearful the people were of  tax collectors? Is it any different today? No. It wasn't any different for the founding fathers of this great country either. They were also in the minority. We must all stand together and overcome our fear.

So, once again, I am going to ask each and everyone of you to place a sign in your window. I am going to ask you to call your state and federal elected officials and to call mine. I am posting their names, address, phone numbers and fax numbers. Do not let up on them until they answer Us, The People.

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared about men. And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.'

For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, 'Even though I don't fear God or care about men, yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually wear me out with her coming!'"

Lets wear them out!!!
