WTP Congress Business Card Ordering Instructions

 
  1. Open your internet browser through Internet Explorer

    Save the both the business card "SAMPLE" & "BLANK" graphic file for uploading to your computer.
    Both files are in Adobe .pdf format.

    You can do this by either opening the links immediately above and saving the files locally after they open in Adobe Reader, or you can RIGHT-click the link and directly 'save the target" file to your computer.

    Please note the SAMPLE file illustrates the data items, the correct fonts to use and the placement of
    the information on the card.
     
  2. Go to www.vistaprint.com and click on Premium Business Cards
     
  3. Next Click on Upload your own Design
     
  4. Review the prices and amounts for the different finishes (Glossy or Matte).
    Either is fine.
     
  5. Click Get Started.
     
  6. Next, you are going to click the Browse button so you can locate the "BLANK" template file you wish to upload.  Once you have located where you saved the WTPC template image, open that image.
     
  7. Once you have opened the file click the Upload button. 
     
  8. After the image has uploaded you will see the image on the right hand side.

    The image showing should look like a normal business card.  If the image looks compacted or distorted please go back and try to re-save the template from our website and start over.
     
  9. For "Side Two" of the card- choose the Blank radio button.

    Click
    Next.
     
  10. If you are happy with the Document Review, select the Edit your document in our on-line studio radio button. Click Next.
     
  11. Underneath the card, click the Customize button.
     
  12. Above the card a "tool box" will appear. Using the text tools, you can create and customize your text within the boxes so the fonts, sizes, colors, location, etc. match the design of our standard WTPC SAMPLE business card.

    Note: Each different font size and boldness requires its own text box. So to get your card to look like the official sample, you need to make three separate text boxes --- one for your name, one for the title, and one for both the phone and e-mail -- but it's fairly simple.

    Make sure the text is justified correctly and that all the boxes are aligned properly with respect to each other and the other objects in the sample design.
     
  13. Once you have finished entering your name, title, phone and e-mail address as text on the card graphic, click Continue
     
  14. Enter your personal order information and then click Continue
     
  15. Select your options. Click Next.
     
  16. Choose your paper stock. Click Next.
     
  17. Choose no printing on the back. Click Next.
     
  18. The next two pages will ask you if you would like to purchase anything else with your order.
    If you don’t want to just click
    Next.
     
  19. Enter your shipping information. Click Next.
     
  20. Next Enter your payment method and whether you want labels or not.
     
  21. You will receive a confirmation that your order went through.


    That's it.
    You will soon have a professional business cards
    to represent our organization in public.
