Dear  <Mr.> <potential donor>

Attached you will find an historic document that tells the story of the We The People Foundation and the cause for which we stand.  This enclosure conveys our philosophy, our mission and organization, our history, our initiatives and our vision for a return to constitutional governance in America, carried out in decency and good order.

One of our supporters, <wtp supporter> thought you would like to know about our organization and our critically important work.

After you take a moment to examine our brochure, I trust you will agree that our non-political, non-profit organization is unique among the freedom-oriented groups in terms of our commitment to a no-nonsense approach to BOTH comprehensive civic education and direct civic action.

One of our current undertakings concerns the First Amendment Right To Petition. We intend to resurrect this long-forgotten Right and to bring the fight for our Constitution to the center-stage of America by immediately employing this Right as both a legal sword and shield.  But for the Petition clause (and our unalienable Right
to an answer and to enforce it by withholding our money if our servant government does not answer), individuals would be unable to peacefully defend their Rights or to hold our government accountable to the Constitution and its essential principles.

Our organization is using the Right to Petition to reclaim our liberties, restore our Republic as it was first envisioned by our Founding Fathers, and protect it for our posterity from all enemies – foreign and domestic. As our legal research conclusively documents, the Petition clause is the legal mechanism frustrated Americans everywhere have been seeking to finally bring our servant government back under the control of the Constitution and the People.

We now stand poised to lead one of the most significant legal confrontations in history: a class action lawsuit brought by thousands of Americans to have their unalienable Right to Petition for Redress of Grievances secured by the federal courts against those in our government that seek to wield powers unauthorized by our divinely inspired Constitution.

Please join us and please help us in this call to defend our freedom and our Republic. As a 501(c)3 research and educational foundation, your donation is fully tax deductible.

Thank you for your consideration. Stay well and stay vigilant.

Yours in Liberty,

Robert L. Schulz
