DELEGATE'S PERSONAL COMMITMENT
I, __________________________________, in view of my interest in supporting the
Rule of Law and the Constitution of the United States of America, and in personally
expressing my views thereon, declare and make my personal commitment as set forth below.
- I am a citizen of the United States of America;
- I am over 18 years of age;
- I reside at ____________________________________________________________;
- I have read the Remonstrance which is designed to end the illegal operations of the IRS
and which is displayed on the internet at http://www.givemeliberty.org

- I have signed the Remonstrance, electronically or otherwise;
- It is my understanding that on April 13, 2000, a delegation comprising two or more
interested ordinary, non-aligned citizens from each of the fifty states of the United
States of America will assemble at the National Press Club in Washington DC at 8:00 am,
and beginning at 12:00 noon, will personally deliver the Remonstrance to the White House
for President Clinton, and to the Capitol for Senator Lott and Speaker Hastert and to the
Supreme Court building for Chief Judge Rehnquist;
- A letter ( also on display on the internet ) has been sent to Messrs. Clinton, Lott,
Hastert and Rehnquist to advise them that a delegation from We The People of America will
be delivering the Remonstrance on April 13, 2000 and to respectfully request that they
receive the delegation;
- I desire and intend to be counted as a member of said delegation representing my state;
- I will be at the National Press Club in Washington DC at 8:00am on April 13, 2000, and
will walk with the rest of the members of the delegation to deliver a copy of the
Remonstrance to the White House, the Capitol and the Supreme Court building; and
- If, for any reason I am unable to fulfill this obligation, I will designate a proxy to
stand in for me.
