As of this evening, approximately 8,000 signatures from 380
of the 435 congressional districts have been collected for the Petitions for
Redress of Grievances that will be presented to our Executive and
Legislative branches in early November. We will await their response in DC
on November 14th.
These Petitions of Redress cover several topics:
- The federal income tax fraud and the stated demands of the People
which are now necessary to remedy the government’s previous failures to
answer our repeated, and proper, Petitions directly challenging the legal
legitimacy and enforceability of the federal income tax, and
- The War Power clauses where Congress and the President have
purportedly colluded to allow the President of this nation to commit US
troops into foreign hostilities without a formal declaration of war, and
- The unconstitutional, (and privately owned) Federal Reserve and the
debasement of our monetary system, and
- The "U.S.A. Patriot Act" which in the spirit of "protecting us"
purports to have legislated away many of our unalienable rights.
To deny from Congress any excuse for failing to respond to these matters
of critical and timely importance to our nation, each of these Petitions
must have constituents from every single Congressional district sign them.
A preliminary analysis shows that there are 55 congressional districts
that have NOT signed any of these petitions. A list of House
Representatives from these districts can be found below along with the state
and a district number code.
Please send these petitions to everyone and every organization you know
in these areas and let’s get every district represented on every petition!

Freedom Drive Flags / Banners
Please get your orders for Freedom Drive flags, banners, etc in ASAP.
We know that people typically wait until the last minute to order. But
here’s the problem: If everyone waits until the last minute we will NOT be
able to procure or deliver the items that you will want for the Freedom
Drive and the events in DC.
Please get your orders in ASAP. Consider that the manufacturing lead time
for the larger flags can be at least 2 weeks – and then we have to ship
them. Although we have most items in stock right now, we may not be able to
respond to a large demand for these items in the
days just before the Drive.
If you represent a recognized rights group and would like to submit a
petition regarding another specific right or freedom issue, please contact us
at
bob@givemeliberty.org. If your
request is approved, you may transmit your petition for
review and we will post it for electronic signatures, announce the petition
publicly and deliver it to the
government with the other petitions.
