USA TODAY requires the money for a Friday ad to be wired
to them for their receipt by noon on the preceding Wednesday. We were not
able to run an ad this week. Hopefully, we will be able to run the ad next
week. Besides that ad, there is so much more that needs to be done including
more ads, the live web cast, the staging costs of the DC event and the
printing and official serving of the four petitions on all 535 Congressmen
and the President, etc.
The great American experiment, with its Constitution, is
hanging by a single thread and the People are at fault - we let it happen.
We have allowed the eye of citizen vigilance to be all but closed.
We have allowed our servant government to seize power and
control of our House. They no longer show respect for the People or their
Rule Book.
That said, I continue to believe that until three-fourths of the State
Legislatures agree to redesign our system of governance, by formally and
properly amending the Constitution (i.e., to abandon our Constitutional
Republic with its essential, underlying principles of popular sovereignty,
government limited by the consent of the governed, guaranteed INDIVIDUAL
rights, separation of powers and so forth), in favor of some other system of
governance (e.g., monarchy, pure democracy, etc.), those Rights are mine and
I don’t intend to give them up.
I care not what the majority thinks. I have pledged to give my all to the
restoration of the Constitution. Hopefully, there are enough other people of
like mind that will agree to channel their energy and share their abundance,
one with another, to engage the conflict successfully.
There are tens of thousands of groups and individuals across America that
voice their grave concern about the steady erosion of our Rights and
Liberties. They are on the internet, daily sounding the alarm bell about
threats to our Freedom. Where are these folks when they are needed most? Is
it just talk? Do they have a better plan or a more committed voice in which
to invest?
Everyone knows many hands make for light work and that the convergence of
People, interests and resources gives birth to force. Am I being too unfair
in asking, “If they won’t support or participate in Freedom Drive in some
way, why would anyone listen to them ever again?”
Dear We The People: Please help keep the flame of Liberty burning. The
Constitution cannot defend itself. Don’t let the great American experiment
wither and die on the vine. A moment full of historical potential draws
near. Let us manifest the future we envision. Together, let us restore the
Constitution.
I know about sacrifice -- but I also know that the sacrifices required of
us here pale when compared to the sacrifices made by those who came before
us. We now stand at the crossroads of freedom and tyranny in our nation.
Which road will the People take? Please, let’s make the future of this
nation a priority in our lives. Let freedom be our legacy to our children,
and to the generations of Americans yet to come.
Let’s stay the course. Let’s keep the faith. We will prevail. God is
nearby.
Stay well and stay vigilant,
Bob Schulz
