Ex-IRS agent Joe Banister. 1999. Investigating the Federal Income Tax.
A 95-page report by an IRS Special Agent of the Criminal Investigation Division, a gun-carrying CPA, who concluded that the allegations of fraud and illegal operations of the IRS made by numerous tax researchers were correct. His superiors refused to respond to his report, and he was "encouraged" to resign, which he did in February 1999. The first portion of his report can be read at his website for free at http://www.freedomabovefortune.com, and can be purchased for $20. It includes an excellent bibliography of books, articles, and government publications. Very good introduction to the income tax and Federal Reserve topics. |
