ATTENTION:  SIMKANIN JURORS

If you were a member of the Grand Jury that indicted Richard Simkanin last year, or the Trial Jury that convicted Mr. Simkanin last month, please give this message careful consideration.

The recent indictment, trial and conviction of Richard Simkanin has captured the attention of people nationwide. We now have overwhelming evidence that the Grand Jury in the Simkanin case was manipulated by the prosecuting attorney, and that the Trial Jury was intentionally misled and unlawfully instructed by a federal judge, all in a desperate effort by the IRS and Department of Justice to indict and convict and innocent man -- an honest and honorable man who followed the law and had the rare courage to stand for the truth.

PLEASE NOTE THAT U.S. DISTRICT COURT JUDGE JOHN MCBRYDE WAS PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED FROM THE BENCH BY THE FEDERAL COURT OF APPEALS BECAUSE OF HIS FLAGRANT JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT.

It is now certain that Judge McBryde and Mr. David Jarvis, the prosecuting attorney in the Simkanin case, conspired to convict Mr. Simkanin by refusing to give the Grand Jury and the Trial Jury the chance to review the law and the facts that would have proven conclusively that Mr. Simkanin was innocent of the charges against him.

Dear members of the jury, an innocent man has been in prison for eight months because of the government’s false allegations and flagrant judicial misconduct.  The courts of America belong to the People, not overzealous government prosecutors and dishonest judges.  Our Grand Juries and Trial Juries must be protected from this type of manipulation and unlawful interference if we hope to live in a free country.  There are important issues to be discussed regarding the Simkanin case.

Under the weight of the evidence of unlawful jury manipulation by the government, we believe it is now necessary to do what NBC and other major news organizations often do following a verdict in an important trial – assemble as many willing jurors as possible for a recorded, public discussion, with a journalist who attended the trial, to discuss the factors that influenced those jurors to vote the way they did.

You are invited to such a meeting.

The meeting will be held either at the National Press Club in Washington, DC or, if you desire, at a location in the Fort Worth area. It will be web cast live to a national audience. There is a possibility that C-Span will broadcast the event. All of your costs will be paid by us.

Time is of the essence. Judge McBryde is scheduled to sentence Richard Simkanin on April 30th to as much as 129 years in federal prison.

Please contact us. Our contact information is located at the bottom of this message.

A special website has been set up for you at: (www.tobedetermined)

There, you will find a discussion of why it is important for you respond positively to this appeal for your participation in this “Discussion with the jurors.”
