OR: UPDATE -- WE HAVE SERVED THE ARTICLES OF FREEDOM IN OREGON!
I made an extensive update to this page on Tuesday April 20th that for some reason never appeared... My apologies to all who are or have been following along -- but I want to say that we had a VERY successful AoF Ceremony Monday April 19th on the steps of the Oregon Capitol in Salem! The Serving of the Articles of Freedom was far more successful than we had anticipated, as some very dedicated WTP supporters served not only the Governor, our two US Senators, four members of the Oregon Senate and Assembly and a US Representative -- we were also able to serve all seven justices of the Oregon Supreme Court and even found Oregon Attorney General John Kroger walking on the sidewalk along side the Capitol building, and served him as well! HUGE THANKS go out to all the great patriots present in Salem on Monday: Randy & Kami Jones, Rick Hake, Vicki Fleshman (an Oregon Delegate to the CC2009), her son Jason Fleshman, Elaine Smith, Kathryn Graves, Mike Marsh, Kevin Smitherman, Bob & Patricia Short, their daughter The Joker (see photos at www.articlesoffreedom.us -- click on THE PLAN button, then the Oregon link), Eric Rhodes, Dede Farrell, Doug Youngman, Kelly Quaid, Carla Bricker, Barbara, Ed and Julie Smith, Richard Norland, Renee Kimball and Hugo Schulz and a whole host of others whose names I didn't get... THANK YOU!!!
PS: Doug Youngman just wrote to say that the Mayor of Portland OR and the entire City Council have been served the AoF as of Wednesday morning April 21st! WAAHOO!!! keep it up, Patriots!
