Personal Statement :
Liberty is not my highest priority. Under the current circumstances, it is my ONLY priority. The American people are beginning to realize that we no longer live in the republic that the Constitution established in 1789. The time has come to "alter or abolish" the existing government and "provide new guards for our future security". James Madison is considered the "Father of the Constitution". If I am chosen as a delgate to this historic Continental Congress, I promise to fight for those same principles that are enshrined in our Declaration of Independence. I hope you'll consider me the "Stepfather of the Constitution", and the defender of everyone's individual rights.

Profession :
Executive Director - Texans for Accountable Government PAC 2008 accomplishments of TAG www.tagetexas.org-         prevented Austin Police Department from moving forward with federal program to train police officers as phlebotomists for DWI cases-         stopped SB298, the sobriety checkpoint bill through a statewide lobbying -         built coalition, held press conference, and lobbied hard to urge Gov. Perry to veto SB1440, a bill that would have allowed Texas Family Protective Services to take children and obtain health records without due process or 4th Amendment protection. Perry received 17,373 calls and letters against the measure and 455 supporting it.  He vetoed it!-         Worked with coalition, held press conference, and lobbied hard to defeat HB 3 during the 2009 special session.  HB 3 would have extended the use of Comprehensive Development Agreements which enable the public private partnerships that bring us TOLL ROADS and the TTC.  Not in my state!2009 current projects-         working with city-wide coalition to pass a city resolution prohibiting the APD from training police officers as phlebotomists-         Working with city-wide coalition to reverse the program of fluoridating the Austin water supply www.fluoridefreeaustin.org-         working with city officials and APD to ensure strict privacy guidelines are created and adhered to concerning Central Texas’ newest fusion center, still in development, The Austin Regional Intelligence Center-<span nstyle="font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-h
Personal Statement :
My activist philosophy can be summed up by three words:-HUMANIZE - HARMONIZE - LOCALIZE-Humanize – get out from behind your computer and meet your neighbor- head to City Hall or the Capitol and look your rep in the eye and firmly shake their hand – organize your community – hold a rally – party with patriots – beat the media blackout through human interaction – RE-PERSONALIZATION IS KEYHarmonize – set your ideology aside and work together on common goals – for the most part we share the same ends – work together to fulfill these ends - there is power in numbers – classical liberalism is key – destroy the two party monopoly – SHATTER THE LEFT RIGHT PARADIGMLocalize – power should reside at the lowest possible level – the principle of subsidiarity – decentralization of authority – support local before national - fight globalism with localism – fight tyranny in your own backyard where it is weakest - own your city – liberty blueprints – local to global - state sovereignty – nullification – INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTYA new approach to liberty; In order to more successfully dismantle state power we must demonstrate to the masses that there are more viable solutions to life’s problems than the state.  Whenever possible while fighting the state we must strive to present voluntary alternatives as a means of dealing with our common problems.  If we can actually begin to solve these problems through community and philanthropic endeavors it will make the task of defeating the state all the more accomplishable and more importantly we will be creating a more free and prosperous society for all to enjoy.       If elected to represent Texas at Continental Congress 2009 I will bring this activist mantra with me along with a series of liberty blueprints which hope to allow for cross state methodologies to be created based on successful activist tactics.  I will also be pushing a slate of teeth laden nullification resolutions for delegates to take back home and ram through their state legislatures.  I am beginning to explore the revolutionary possibilities associated with agorism, counter-economics, and the creation of parallel institutions which will rival and compete with the state.  This is an area that deserves further scrutiny amongst our movement’s leaders as it is truly revolutionary.   I am calling for a return to the philosophy of radical classical liberalism.  I am calling for a departure from the monopolistic tendencies of the state apparatus and a rise in mutually beneficial voluntary associations.  What I seek is a truly free society.  Will you join me in this journey?

Personal Statement :
As a delegate I would be attending CC2009 not to make it just another exercise in listening to lecturers or motivational speakers, but a working meeting at which we develop an agenda on which diverse reform groups can unite, complete with detailed action plans and proposed language for the reforms we seek to make. I will be coming with drafts of proposed constitutional amendments, statutes, judicial rules, organizational plans, transition plans, and political strategies. As I said at Jekyll Island, it doesn't work to demand something of others and then leave it to those others to draft the language. We need to do that ourselves, presenting a finished, professional product for promotion and adoption.
